  1. Peregrine

I’ve been researching peregrine and noticed a lot of differences between authors.

In Ezra’s Introductions to Astrology, he considers a day planet at night still dignified, but to a lesser extent. In his description of Aries:

“The lords of the triplicity by day are Sun and then Jupiter, and by night Jupiter and then the Sun; Saturn is their partner by day and by night.” – p. 63.

Therefore, I don’t consider Jupiter in Leo by day peregrine.

    What do you think?

    Similitude

Also, consider similitude, that is, a day planet in a day sign and a night planet in a night sign. There are exceptions:

Mars is Night planet but is in similitude in Day signs.

Mercury doesn’t seem to have a similitude because it’s a mixed sect.

Is a planet in similitude still peregrine?

For example, Mars in Leo or Sagittarius. From reading other charts, this doesn’t seem to be too bad. Fire signs can have quick tempers, but they also like to have a good time.

    What do you think?

    Sun in Aquarius

My Sun is in Aquarius, and the Solar Fire program says my Sun is in Detriment and Peregrine. It seems like a rather harsh judgment of the Sun in Aquarius.

    Is that right?
